Do I pay anything to join?

No. No joining fee, no stock, no capital. The training and certification are free.

Do I collect money from academies?

Never. CaptainX bills the academy and collects. You are paid monthly by bank transfer on money actually received.

Is this only for football academies?

No. Any sport with players, sessions and fees - basketball, gymnastics, martial arts, athletics, swimming and more.

I am not technical. Is that a problem?

No. The training takes a few evenings, the app is simple, and CaptainX joins your first demos.

What if I can only refer, not manage?

The Scout track pays a share for introductions that go live. Upgrade to full partner whenever you like.
